Very efficient.

Thank you, Hanna!
The first panel, Kathryn all cut up but still protecting the little bunny from getting hurt… says a lot about her personality. 🙂
And I did laugh at “You are the ocean’s problem, now.” Good thing one of Morton’s friends is a mer-man, I guess.
Not a merman a gilman, totally different.
I sit corrected. 😀
That is a neat fan art!
And I agree with Tarnagh – Kathryn is seriously awesome.
Also laughing at the ocean’s problem. 😀
Well, there’s a definite difference between “cannot be harmed” and “cannot be *physically* harmed”.
I’d think a few millennia of boredom far are worse than death or even torture.
OTOH – maybe Cthulhu will like his new indestructible toy.
Btw, Dave, just courious – did you think about what would have happened if someone tried to do the same as Heracles to the Invulnerable Lion – he skinned him with his own claws?
As to the artwork – awesome job to illustrate Kathryn’s emotions just by shapes of transparent eye regions and a black blob!
Morton wouldn’t be able to be made to “stop skinning yourself” because the intent to harm would still be there. Using his own body against him wouldn’t subvert the enchantments.
Morton, however, is vulnerable to incapacitation (He’s no stronger than any other burly muscular catman) so he can be bound and gagged or locked in a cell. He also CAN be harmed if it’s done indirectly and accidentally. Basically if he doesn’t love you, the only way to injure him is by fortunate happenstance.
That first panel is giving me feels…
Outbound output? That’s SUPER redundant.
I thought that Sue would grab the fairy pirate and beat up Morton with her (which would be kind of hard on the captain).
That’d be like “death by toothpick”. XD
Heh, my Kathryn compilation hardly counts as fan art, as all I did was extract the forms from the comicstrips (and fix a couple of bits that got cut off by picture frames or speech bubbles), but I’m very glad you liked it! ^_^
As per today’s comic, I love how the crab entity can 1) see all the enchantments and how they work, and 2) just casually tosses him aside. Made me chuckle. =D
Also, I get it! He’s a sailor. He loves the sea. He will probably die now.
