If it’s GOOD pineapple, in tidbits rather than rings and the pizza is hot, pineapple strengthens pizza. However, the pineapple in chain pizza places is usually tasteless. Still okay, but I’d just as soon have plain cheese, considering that pineapple pizza isn’t so great cold. It’s amazing at that one sweet spot in between hot and cold where it’s all still warm, but the cheese is fully congealed, though. I am adamantly against anchovies, mushrooms and olives, though.
