oh crap, its a trap! <- my quote of the day! also, yay for sue using her brain in a downright sherlock-like manner, gues hanging out with kat for so long left its traces 😉
so? who says you have to keep your grey matter in your skull – heck, it might increase your gut-feeling if parts of your brain reside in your tummy 😉
I think she’s still there, for now. The orcs almost certainly aren’t, though. And if Sue fights the priests, then she loses her protection, because “she attacked first.” So either she fails to do her job, or she attacks and loses her protection.
That may be the main thrust of the laser priests plan, though. When they were looking at the poison they got from Henry, they said they were close to using it to synthesize their own power, rather than needing the pearls. So they might be about to lose their protection anyway, and the priests are just using that to kill multiple birds with one stone.
Sue’s on the Don’t Kill NOW List. From what we’ve seen of the Laser Priests, they want ALL undead gone and don’t care about recent laws granting undead rights.
Well, yeah, but that’s what I meant. They still need Kathryn’s help, so no sensible reason to attack Sue (as that’d likely make Kathryn unwilling to help).
Huh. Are (img) tags not usable Dave?

What brain? She ate it on a bet, remember?

I thought Sue wasn’t on the laser priests’ kill list. Or am I misremembering it?

I just realized how rambly that was. My apologies. Hopefully you can figure out what I was trying to say anyways. 🙂
“She attacked first”? As seen in panel 3, clearly not true.
Obviously you haven’t been paying attention to some of the *other* people who post on Dave’s forums *ahem*. Your post is positively terse.
