Wait… How is she not destroyed by her own strength if she’s Super Strong but not Super Durable? Wouldn’t she have to be able to take the force she exerts? Newton’s Third Law demands to know!
SnK sometimes employs more “cartoon logic” than “real world logic”, kind of like how Superman can zoom up to a falling airplane and collide with the underside, and it results in grabbing and repositioning it safely rather than slamming all of his inertia into a single point and blasting a hole in the hull. Or how high-energy beam weapons can just knock someone to their feet with a pained grunt instead of cooking them alive on the spot.
Also, Sue being “not Super Durable” is a bit of powercreep control on my part, giving her some vulnerability to work with (like how Kathryn and other spirit entities can’t phase-shift in this setting). It allows for her foes to still pose some sort of a threat.
as for her not being super durable … she may be “JUST” durable enough to survive anything SHE can dish out, it’s only enough to counteract that amount of force, anything in excess to that level, ie when Morton grabs her to break her ribs, that level exceeds it, and she starts breaking…. also, it may be something like how a body can be hurt if a TINY amount of force applied in the WRONG SPOT, or from an unprepared direction can cause Massive damage…
Kicked him in the catnips. snerk.
Zombies still don’t heal though, right? She’s still gonna need her ribs nailed or glued together or something after all this is over :/
Kathryn could probably patch her up. I bet that’s what they always do after every fight…
She regrew that nose pretty well. I’m guessing vampire powers give her a nice regeneration kick.
HEY SO GUESS WHICH THROWAWAY JOKE DAVE FORGOT TO CHECK BACK ON FOR REFERENCE?
Same with the previous two pages.
Yep, it was a throwaway joke.
Literally. 😉
Morton dislikes you with great intensity.

Plot armor. 😛

Like cracking your knuckles yourself vs someone trying to actively break your fingers ; running a hand through your hair vs someone grabbing it
